Harvest Jars

Freeze-dried mushrooms for cooking and tea. Harmonix Harvest Jars are whole fruiting bodies we grew, picked, and freeze-dried — one species per jar. Rehydrate oyster, lion's mane, shiitake, and black pearl and cook them. Simmer reishi, turkey tail, and chaga for tea. No grow bag, no waiting.
