Grown for meals and tea without waiting on a living bag

This jar is for people who want the same Harmonix mushrooms in the kitchen now. We grow them on organic hardwood in Carthage, pick them at peak, and freeze-dry them here. You choose the kind. Then you cook it, make tea, or make a tincture yourself.

One jar, one mushroom. Pick the kind in the dropdown. Each jar is 1 oz. Cook oyster, lion’s mane, shiitake, and black pearl. Simmer reishi, turkey tail, and chaga.

Sealed jar: 30-day replacement if it arrives damaged. This is not the Grow Promise for live blocks.

Why people keep a jar in the pantry

What it can add

Open a jar and cook or brew the same mushrooms we grow as blocks. Lion’s mane in a pan. Reishi as night tea. Turkey tail as a daily cup. A simple way to keep one mushroom in your kitchen without waiting on pins.

Grown here, made ready here

We grow these on organic hardwood in Carthage, pick them, and freeze-dry them on the same farm. Each jar is one kind of mushroom. You cook it, simmer it, or make a tincture yourself.

How to use it

Kitchen kinds: soak in warm water, then cook fully. Tea kinds: simmer and strain. Do not eat freeze-dried mushrooms dry. A recipe card in the box matches the mushroom you chose.

Match the jar to the job

Lion’s mane for a focus meal. Reishi for an evening tea. Turkey tail for a daily immune-wise cup. Chaga for a slow antioxidant pot. Shiitake and oysters for the pan. Each jar is one kind of mushroom. If you are choosing by job, read the Which mushroom guide.
