If it fails
If your block does not grow, we make it right.
If it does not grow, does not make mushrooms when that kind should, or goes bad in the first 30 days, we replace it or refund you. A cracked block can still recover. Photograph the whole bag. We will look at it with you.
How this works
What counts
The bag arrives dead, sour, or cooked in heat. White growth never shows. Kitchen kinds make no mushrooms when you follow the page. Green, black, or a bad smell takes over.
What does not count
Reishi, turkey tail, and chaga will not finish tea in 30 days. Those pages say so. We promise the block arrived alive and clean. A missed fridge night on shiitake, a hot room for king trumpet, or a bag left in a hot mailbox is not on us.
What you do
Photo the whole bag. Photo a close view. Email Team@harmonixhome.com from the order email within 30 days. Tell us the mushroom, the arrival day, and what you tried.
