The 30-day grow promise
If your Harmonix block does not grow, does not make mushrooms when that kind should, or goes bad in the first 30 days after it arrives, we will replace the block or refund you. That is the whole deal.
The details, in plain words
What “does not grow” means
The block arrives obviously dead, sour, or overheated. Healthy white growth never shows, or collapses. Kitchen kinds do not make mushrooms when grown by the steps on the product page. Green, black, or a bad smell takes over the block.
What it does not mean
Reishi, turkey tail, and chaga will not finish a full tea harvest in 30 days. Those pages say so. We promise the block is alive and clean — not that chaga looks finished on day twelve. A missed fridge night on shiitake, a hot room for black pearl, or a block left sealed in a hot mailbox after delivery is not a dead block from us.
How to claim
Photograph the whole block, plus a close-up of anything that looks wrong. Email Team@harmonixhome.com from the address on the order within 30 days of delivery. Tell us which mushroom, when it arrived, and what you tried. We would rather send another block than argue.
